Since Denton is currently under a settle in place order, I am offering telehealth appointments to any of my current psychotherapy patients who are interested and whose insurance plans allow for this type of service. To participate in a video appointment, you will need a device with a camera and microphone, and an area that ensures your privacy and confidentiality during the video appointment. If you don’t have access to a device with a camera, a telephone conference can be arranged as well.
To participate in a video appointment, simply click on the doxy.me logo under the Patient Portal tab on the website, type your name, and then click on Check In to alert me that you are online at the prearranged time. If you don’t remember the password to enter the Patient Portal, please call the office.
Unfortunately, video appointments cannot be offered for neuropsychological evaluations at this time. Those appointments will need to be rescheduled once the settle in place order has been lifted.
I can accept your payments at the time of your video appointment by manually typing your information into the system. I can also send an electronic invoice to allow you to pay online.
Although the office is physically closed, the office telephone, facsimile, and website communication systems are cloud-based, so I can review and respond to your communications without being physically present in the office.
