The office will physically close if any of the following entities close due to inclement weather:
  • Denton Independent School District
  • Denton County
  • The City of Denton
  • University of North Texas
  • Texas Woman’s University
Telehealth appointments will continue to be offered if the office physically closes. If you cannot attend your telehealth appointment because you have lost power and/or internet connection, you will not be billed for a missed appointment.
